Steamed Salmon with Naturali Green Tea
Material:
4 teaspoons Naturali green tea
2 pieces of 250 g fillet salmon (total 500 g)
Half liter of boiled water
5 cloves of minced garlic
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 lemon
Preparation of:
Steep naturali green tea in hot water for 3-4 minutes. After straining the tea, add garlic, ginger and sesame oil into it. Heat the olive oil in a pan and put the salmon pieces. If the salmon has not been skinned, place it skin-side up and seal the meat side for 2-3 minutes. Turn the salmon fillets (skin down if you have them) and add the Naturali green tea mixture. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat and cover the salmon with a lid and steam for 6-9 minutes. The salmon should come apart easily. After putting it on the plate, squeeze lemon on it and add salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
