200 ml. Add 2 teaspoons or a pinch of Flower Linden tea to freshly boiled drinking water. Infuse for 8-10 minutes. Make sure it is covered while brewing. When ready, remove the lime and optionally add lemon and/or honey. You can wait for it to cool down a bit and drink it with pleasure.
